Did you know that DC comics is having Bat Woman come out of the closet? I'm for real, saw on CBS News Sunday Morning this morning.

Batwoman was never in the closet (at least, not when she began putting on the costume), Stephanie McDonald. In her origin story in Detective Comics she resigns from West Point after admitting she's gay (this is before donning the Batwoman outfit). Must be a slow news day for CBS to report on a comic character who's been out for a long time, and whose first title issue came out on 14 Sept.
