Special Guest Tutorial by Notes and Nails: How to do a half moon manicure, no salon required

Howdy Outblush readers! My name is Carolyn, a fellow Outblush lover and today I am thrilled to have a guest post from my blog, www.notesandnails.blogspot.com. Half Moon Manis have been trending since they first appeared on runways like Dior and now on many celebs. I've found an uber-easy way to get this chic look.
1. First, use three coats of a lighter polish on your nails. I used Chanel Riva ($40, sold out) for this example.
2. Then, get your hands on some old-school hole punch reinforcers ($4) and place a sticker on the bottom of your nail.
3. Use a darker polish to paint as many coats as you need above the sticker. I've used Deborah Lippmann Girls Just Want to Have Fun ($16) and Seche Vite topcoat ($6).
Carefully peel off the sticker and voila! Enjoy this easy and fun mani and be sure to check me out on Notes and Nails!
