For some pre-bedtime pampering, she can start with a full-body rubdown (yes, really) with one of our cheapie favorites: 1) ULTA's Hand & Body Cream ($9). It's shown here in vanilla, but if there's a brick-and-mortar store near you, you should give the lavender a sniff too. And while she's doing that, she can put on the kettle for some 2) organic chamomile tea ($5) - in pyramid bags, naturally. This 3) Dahlia Mary cotton nightie ($42) is adorable and looks awfully comfy, but it might not be enough on its own in cold weather, so we'd add a cozy 4) Paddi Murphy fleece robe ($50, shown in mint) to keep the chill away.
