Flattenme Personalized Children's Books
If you have kids to buy for this holiday season and you'd rather not fight your way through a fluorescent tube-lit toy store trying to beat everyone else in the place to the last of some particular TV tie-in, you might want to consider personalized books from flattenme ($40) instead. These stories work a child's name and face (via photo submission, which could require some parental cooperation if the child in question isn't yours) into the text and the illustrations, and the look of them is kinda quirky and cute - better than the cheesy stuff from booths at the mall.
