K.B. wrote, "I am going to New York for NYE. We have a hotel on Times Square but are probably going to a lounge of sorts for the ball drop. I found a great party dress at a thrift store here in town, a fitted short red sequins dress with bare arms. I'm a size 4 & 5"9'. I'm looking for suggestions on EVERYTHING. I don't know what color(s) would look best with red sequins. I obviously need suggestions on what to pair with the dress. Skinny jeans/jeggings/tights? Jacket? Sweater/cardi/layers? Shoes/boots/flats/pumps? I don't want to spend a lot of money seeing how a red sequins dress is already out of my comfort zone ... I don't know that I will be repeating this outfit. Thanks! K.B."
