That's why we're so juiced that we discovered the SkinnyShirt ($68), a smooth tank that has a fake-out collar and buttons so it can be layered under the sleekest of sweaters. Not only does it eliminate that bulky, bumpy look you sometimes get when you try to layer something over a button-down, but it's also cooler because it has no sleeves. The only downside is that now we have no place to hide our talking ferret, Terwilliger.

I have one of each of these, long sleeve and sleeveless. My only complaint is the front yolk is not low enough to not look weird. Also, the visible part wrinkles badly in the wash and must be ironed.
