This sheer mesh blouse is embellished with chiffon flowers, ribbon beading, lace and embroidery. It also has flounced sleeves, which dress up a blouse instantly; for us, it's the equivalent of our activewear half-zip pullovers having thumbholes (and you know how much we love those!).
