Thunderstorms in the spring time always get us down. But these Joules Floral Wellies ($59) certainly turn this frown upside down. How fun are these? We can totally imagine ourselves dancing with the ghost of Gene Kelly in these boots, twisting an umbrella and singing horribly at the top of our lungs before we fall flat on our faces at the crosswalk. But damn if we don't look good in these Wellies doing it.
