We never thought we'd see the day when Payless was charging nearly $50 for a pair of shoes! Though the price has us scratching our heads a bit (is Christian Siriano really that big of a deal?), these Topaz Twisted Sandals ($45) by Christian Siriano for Payless are pretty chic. Maybe we'll wait 'til BOGO time, which is pretty much every other week it seems.
