If it is just for Halloween, why not just buy a cheap pair of white heels and through thinned paint all over the shoes? Much much much cheaper.

love these 'n they are NOT coustume shoes.. they are just for a certain type of girl. i rock 'em with just sheer black leggings,black top & Red lips. but you can have fun many ways with them. and people love them.
