The Bethany Heel ($33) is a heel with superpowers. This pump seems unbearable, but we were shocked when we went a solid nine hours at work without a blister or even a complaint. Maybe it's the caged-in front or the platform incline that makes these babies office-proof. Whatever it is, we like!
