Personal Shopper: Clothes for the Curvy-licious Brittany R.

Outblush reader Brittany R. emailed us to say, "It would be awesome if you featured some fashion that had extended sizes for us larger Outblush readers! It would completely make my day!" Well, Brittany, not all of us OB staff are itsy-bitsy, so we can totally get behind this request. We tend to gravitate towards more solid pieces with interesting details that can be easily switched up with a quick change of accessories, so here are some of our current "I need it now" pieces. Enjoy!

Kiyonna - The bulk of Kiyonna's sleek, sexy, tailored clothes are under $80 or so, with some dresses coming in over $100. Our current favorite pieces are this Eden Colorblock Dress (on sale for $68) and the Saturday Front-Tie Bellini Wrap ($62).

Lane Bryant - There's an LB store in practically every mall nationwide. Their clothes can sometimes skew a little "Career woman in her 50's" for us young'ns who don't do zebra prints and bedazzling, but pieces like this Tab Sleeve Jacket ($60) and Roll Cuff Jeans ($60) are perfectly on-trend.

Nordstrom - The plus-sized department at Nordie's offers pieces by designers like Rachel Pally, Guess, Betsey Johnson & Michael Kors if you're jonesing for designer labels. We're digging on this Kim & Cami Faux Necklace Top ($68) and super-sexy Elomi Cleo Bandless Underwire Bra ($54), which goes up to a 48DD.

Old Navy - Cheap 'n chic basics is the name of the game here, so stock up on everything from jeans to sports bras. We're digging this emerald-hued Cinch-Tie Top ($18 on sale) and colorblock V-Neck Empire Tee ($20).

Frustrated in your search for that perfect leather handbag, red stiletto pump, or whatever makes your heart go thump in the night? Send us a request and we might do the shopping work for you in a future Personal Shopper feature!

Forever 21 now has a plus size section as well. You can check it out online as well as certain malls have it in their locations as well.
