You may have noticed that we're hardly perpetual rays of sunshine around here, but even so, we seem to spend a lot of our time enthusing about one gewgaw or another. Doubtblush exists to make it clear that we do not, in fact, like everything.
We're not anti-romper - far from it - but sometimes they just don't work out the way we imagine the designer wanted them to. For example, this L'AMERICA Sheea Long Sleeve Romper ($210) looks like a mistake even on the model. If a model can't make this - essentially a denim shirt with some extra material tacked on - look good, then we don't think anyone can. The proportions are just too weird. If there's some part of you that likes this, just wear a long denim shirt with some short shorts on underneath - same general idea, better execution.
