We're head over heels for this whimsically lovely Flower Statement Necklace ($32) made by Etsy seller RachelleD. This orange, blue and chartreuse beauty is our favorite, but we're fans of her whole line. Think beautifully bold contrasting colors, playful accents, and plenty of pizzazz. This even comes with a pair of matching earrings - though we think wearing the whole set at once might push the look from adorable to overkill.
