This is a short sleeved jacket with belled sleeves to create the illusion of a cape. We are mad about the tie waist because nothing looks more ladylike than an hourglass-creating jacket. The wool cashmere blend on the Aoyama Itchome Black Cape ($165) keeps you really warm too. We really can't find anything wrong with this coat except for the model's sour expression.
