Clare emailed to say that she works at an IT job in two different cities, and therefore has to lug around a heavy laptop all the livelong day. She asked us to find a bag that would a) fit a 14" laptop plus power cord & mouse, and some spare flats for when her feet can't take no more high heels, b) be stylish, c) not have wheels, and d) be under $100. Well... that's a tall order. Hope one or all of these will be right up your alley, Clare!
This Diane von Furstenberg Color on the Go Laptop Tote ($50 on sale, #1 in photo) has both a shoulder strap and handles, and a cute microfiber blue fabric with a DDF logo print.
A Paulina Carcach Calfskin Leather Shoulder & Satchel Bag ($139, #2) would be a bit over the price limit, true, but it's handmade and gor-ge-ous, with plenty of pockets and straps and cargo space. WANT.
More classic and timeless than super trendy, this Franklin Covey Women's Leather 14.1" Laptop Tote ($70 #3) holds, duh, up to a 14.1" laptop and features a padded computer pocket and extra room for accessories and whatever else you're hauling.
Finally, why not try a Kerri Mack Bernice Women's Laptop Bag ($100, #4)? Kerri Mack bags can be expensive, but this one is nearly 50% off, and will easily fit your 14" laptop. Comes with a detachable shoulder strap.
