Fall 2010 Trends on a Budget: Military

We all drool over the super-expensive clothes, shoes, and accessories featured every month in fashion magazines, but how many of us can actually afford that $800 jacket, or those $300 jeans? Yeah, we thought as much. So, we're bringing you $100-or-less versions of some of this fall's hottest styles! First up: Military chic.

Hut, two, three, four! Military style is huge for fall 2010, and we're saluting the designers who've turned traditionally masculine fatigues into something tough, yet feminine. Tip: Don't try to wear more than one or two of these pieces at once - mix 'em up with girlier pieces for a fun contrast. Here are ten of our fave army-inspired pieces for fall.

1 - Sandra Ingrish Roll Sleeve Shirt ($48, in 2 colors)

2 - Chevron Army Tee ($20)

3 - Aryn K. Military Jacket ($92)

4 - Roxy Wild Child Jacket ($25 on sale)

5 - Free People Skinny Military Pants ($98, in 2 colors)

6 - Arden B Skinny Cargo Pants ($49)

7 - Lucky Brand Skinny Cargos ($30 on clearance)

8 - Mia Cadet Boots ($75, in 2 colors)

9 - Not Rated Messenger Boots ($60, in 3 colors)

10 - Romancing the Stone Boots ($50)
