Semi-Circle Shoulder Dress
Not too ornate, not too plain, this Semi-Circle Shoulder Dress ($25) is juuust right. The lightly padded shoulders with chain link epaulet accents aren't too Dynasty, and the hip draping doesn't add so much volume that the wearer resembles an upside-down cupcake. We've also yet to find a girl who doesn't look good in deep emerald green! Pair with dark tights, flats and a cardigan for work, or strappy stilettos and a bunch of sparkly jeweled bracelets for a perfectly put-together party ensemble.
