Pop Team Spirit Skirt
We're pretty sure we've watched an episode or two of The Wonder Years in which Winnie Cooper wears a skirt exactly like this Pop Team Spirit Skirt ($42). That alone is enough to make us want one. Though we suppose we could modernize Winnie's look a little by wearing it with tights and knee high boots instead of ankle socks and saddle shoes. Or not, since Bass is bringing back the saddle shoe!
