Kimberly, I got to thinking about you and how much you like this skirt. While I was able to find other wrap skirts and other skirts with big ties, I didn't run into anything quite like the one from ModCloth. And then I had an idea! (Yes, I truly get excited enough by ideas to use an exclamation point). "What Kimberly may like," I thought to myself, "is the way this skirt flares like a safari skirt and how it's cinched at the waist."
