Loopt Bayan Skirt
We're always thrilled to find retailers who are making earth-conscious products, and Loopt has really impressed us. Their clothing and accessories are produced from other manufacturer's waste material. So as not to create new material, fabric (and zippers, snaps, etc.) that was going to be tossed by other producers is snatched up and turned into stylish, functional clothing. This Bayan Skirt ($75) shows the unique construction that comes out of Loopt's waste-free model and also highlights the functionality of their clothing: zippers on the side seams of this skirt make allow a little extra range of motion for riding a bike.
