Chan Vest Dress
Pardon us as we get in touch with our Southern roots for a moment, but that Chan Vest Dress ($248) sure is something else. And wouldn't you know it, that whole ensemble is hand-embellished. Some poor soul, bless their heart, sat there and did the entire dress up in an art deco pattern with metallic sequins and pink beading. Just to compensate that person for their time, we feel like we should be paying a lot more for this. But, sugar, we'll take a deal when it's ripe for the pickin'.
