So I guess the goal of the day wasn't to promote healthy body images? Because I don't know of any women whose waists look photoshopped everyday.

Agreed that she looks either photoshopped or plastic-surgeried, but our focus was on the dress itself! We think a lot of ladies could look great in this!
Having said that, regarding knowing gals with tiny waists: We know a few - and they work damn hard for their slammin' figures!
