Carmen Tie Dress
It's not quite Summer anymore, but we still have a weak spot for the cool pastels of the Carmen Tie Dress ($110). Lovely skirt draping accentuates the "bermuda swirl" (couldn't have named it better ourselves). Tie straps and pockets keep it youthful and make the vintage silhouette more modern.

This dress is absolutely adorable and once my school budget allows me to splurge $110 (definitely not in the near future) it will be a part of my wardrobe
