For those with bounteous chestal regions, finding a decent sports bra is the ultimate in challenges. Either you layer several cheap bras, resulting in that elliptical bouncing motion when you run, accompanied by your mental chorus of, “Ow, ow, ow, ow.” Or you invest in a smash-em-down contraption endowing you with uniboob and the inability to breathe. Don’t get us started on underwire sports bras, either - who in the hell thought it was a good idea to have underwire poking you during burpees? And furthermore…Ok, we’ll stop now, and just introduce you to the awesome Helena Sports Bra by Moving Comfort. ($53-62) The shaped, cushioned straps and bonded neckline and side panels are designed to lift, separate, and support your beautiful bosoms to make working out (dare we say it?) comfortable. The straps are adjustable, of course, without being bulky, and the soft, seam-free molded cups give you no-chafe comfort. Ahhhh.
