While we're pretty sure the darling Pink Fringe Heart Clip ($3) is supposed to be for ten-year-olds, we'll be purchasing a few for ourselves. After all, when it comes to shiny hair baubles, we reverted back to our ten-year-old selves on the day we first walked into a Claire's.
