Women's timepieces tend to be too flashy, too boring, or too over-designed for us to consider dropping our slap watches and upgrading to something more adult. This MICHAEL Michael Kors Chronograph Bracelet Watch ($225) is the exception. The tortoiseshell band is so chic that even we would take ourselves seriously while wearing it. We could do without the three subdials, but we'll overlook them in deference to the crystal detailing. The slap watches aren't going anywhere, but we'll definitely sub this in from time to time.
