We like giant, floral hair accessories in theory, but once we get them on our 'do, we either feel like a little girl playing dress up or like a complete fool. This Beaded Headband ($38) is a great solution to our woes, since we get the big impact of a large flower, but this one lays flat against our hair and doesn't give us the feeling that we've started sprouting a second head.
