We found this. We couldn't believe it was real - that people would pay cash-money for it when they could instead spend it on food or something awesome like this. But it IS real, and people DO buy it. There are just some things we'll never understand...
If you haven't seen the commercials for the Shake Weight ($22) you might be thinking, how is this a Doubtblush - it's just a dumbbell! If you have seen the commercials then you're probably like us - wondering why there's a health product where the use resembles, well, let's just say, male recreational activities. Don't they do enough of that to have fully developed those muscles? As for us, we're pretty sure we can get toned arms without this ludicrous exercise. We weren't the only ones who found this product ridiculous - check out this SNL clip and laugh away!

Oh my God, I know! It's terrible - those steroid-junkie weight lifters grunting and groaning and going, "oooh, yeah, this works!"? SO BAD.

Hi,
I haven't used it yet but it seems that some people find it useful.
Just check out some of the comments at the bottom of this review here: http://www.worldofdiets.com/shake-weight/
They're not all negative.
