Doubtblush: Lanvin Turban Headband
You may have noticed that we're hardly perpetual rays of sunshine around here, but even so, we seem to spend a lot of our time enthusing about one gewgaw or another. Doubtblush exists to make it clear that we do not, in fact, like everything.
Again we find ourselves Doubtblushing a dumb headpiece. Why is it that people create these incredibly simple hair accessories and then slap exorbitantly high price tags on them without a clear reason for doing so? Honestly. This Lanvin Turban Headband ($500) could have been fished out of our great-grandmother's dusty old hat box for free. And not our fashionable great-grandma. Our dad's grandmother who stopped talking to people and started collecting cat sculptures, sugar packets, and mothballs instead. So, no thanks, Lanvin. We won't be needed this headband to complete our spring wardrobe. Especially not for five-hundo.
