Doubtblush: HAI Hot Tunes MP3 Styling Iron
Sometimes we're just poking along here at work (or down the street, or through our mail) and we see something that is so delightful and desirable and new and clever that we smack a big old mental sticky note on it to remind us to share it with you. And sometimes the exact opposite of that happens. Welcome to Doubtblush.
So we have this mental collection of weird combination businesses we've seen. There's the Liquor Laundromat. The place that was a shoe store in the front and a porn shop in the back room. The car wash/doggie wash. And the trifecta: the alterationist/notary public/hot dog stand. Along those lines, we have the HAI Hot Tunes MP3 Styling Iron ($100), which is a flat iron/MP3 player. Not good for use in the car, at work, or while jogging.

While the idea of a flat iron/mp3 combo is absurd, I have to vouch for HAI's amazingness as a hair tool. It's great!
