You're probably wondering, "What the hell is Zumba?" The dance workout was created in 1990s Columbia by Alberto "Beto" Perez, who partnered with Alberto Perlman to develop the fitness business model. The soundtrack and steps of this sexy workout combines Latin and world music, with notes of Samba, Reggaeton, Cumbia, Merengue, and Salsa. Sure beats Flirty Girl Fitness.
