It is a powder-gel formula...wait, before you ask yourself "Powder-gel? Isn't that an oxymoron?" let us explain. Basically, a compact contains a sponge that is loaded with the powder-gel formula. To apply, you push your finger into the sponge and deliver the color directly to your cheeks. We think this is a great idea for girls who like to touch up during the day.
