I submitted a similar product and summary when I applied for a position as an outblush editor. I don't how to feel about this.

Rest assured, Gloria, that I wrote this without referencing any sort of job application. I wish we had access to that stuff. It would make our jobs easier to have the work done for us. But all I had to do was take a look at the countertop in my bathroom for inspiration.
