Marie Louise Cosmetics Cleansing Clear Gel
Cosmetician Marie Louise has been hailed in Japan as the "Mother of Modern Beauty" for nearly 100 years. We thought the title was extreme. Then we tried Cleansing Clear Gel ($57). Uh—we still thought the title was extreme—but that doesn't mean we weren't totally in love with this ultra hydrating face wash. The super gentle gel formula is designed to remove even the stubbornest of makeup and oxidized oils on your face (ew!), while moisturizing skin for the long-term. Our tester confesses that her face has never looked better, and we agree with her. (But not in public—damn.)
