We always associate the term "spa water" with dry skin and chlorine. But we guess our definition applies to hot tubs and jacuzzis and not to Koh Gen Do Cleansing Spa Water ($39). They really should call it spa holy water, because it works miracles as a makeup remover. Use it to wipe away stubborn mascara, thick concealers, and any other product that's claimed your face as its own.
