We wouldn't call a tube of Best Eye Cream by Michelle ($32) a miracle worker, but then again, neither would they. The BEC people are all about good products and honest marketing. This stuff won't change your life, but it will make the skin around your eyes feel smoother and look brighter. It'll probably put a pep in your step, too.
