We are beyond obsessive-compulsive about certain things. And because we are sick and twisted, we sometimes seek out ways to exercise our compulsiveness. Nicole by OPI Have a Heart ($8) makes us sweat with sweet anxiety. All those tiny hearts swimming around waiting to be placed haphazardly on our nails. You can expect to see us hovering over our hands with the pointy end of a bamboo stick shuffling the hearts around until they are all lined up perfectly in rows on all ten fingers.
