We can't quite decide whether spending $52 on foundation is a worthwhile splurge (Great looking skin negates the need for wearing a ton of makeup), or a complete waste of our hard-earned blogging paychecks. True, Burberry Sheer Luminous Fluid Foundation ($52) has gotten nearly universally rave reviews, and the brand itself is known for quality. The formula, a gelled cream fluid, sounds like a high-tech hybrid that would work equally well on dry, combo, or oily complexions, offering a natural, glowing finish. But... $52? For one ounce of foundation? Readers, we simply can't decide. You tell us.

It sounds like exactly what I've been looking for, and if it works, I'd buy and use it. But that is a lot of money to spend on something no one has recommended.

My sister is a makeup artist and thinks the Burberry foundation is ok, but if you are going to spend $50 on foundation, go with Giorgio Armani. The texture is fantastic and they have enough types to find a good one for your skin. Dior is great as well, I use Dior Nude and it is very light.

I use PERFEKT and it is amazing! Equally expensive, but worth every penny. It comes out as a gel and is lightweight and dries quickly. Very smooth too...try it out at Sephora.
