Tarte Cosmetics Rest Assured
The folks at Tarte were kind enough to send us some samples from their fabulous cosmetics line, and although everything we've tried has been awesome, the Rest Assured Eye Brightening Wand has stolen our hearts for sure. The nude-pink liner, when used in the corners, brightens tired eyes and on the opposite end of the wand, a sheer pink highlighter (applied to lids, crease, brows or cheeks) gives a perfect radiance that lasts all day.
