Sheer lip tints don't usually boast much staying power - and if they promise it, they typically don't deliver. New Smashbox Mega Tint Long Wear Lip Color ($20) could be the exception to the rule. One light coat delivers a hydrating, sheer wash of color that lasts up to eight hours. A second coat oomphs up the tint to a more lipstick-y level. We'll take all six colors, please.
