When we buy a new beauty product, we like to test it out in the most extreme of circumstances. For waterproof mascara, we watch The Notebook. For matte-finish powder foundation, we hit up a sauna. We have never tried so hard to beat a makeup product and failed. And in this case, we don't exactly mind failing. This liner does exactly what we want it to and that is to stay put.
