We will finally bite our tongues when it comes to Kat Von D and admit that she did something right...finally. Her True Romance Mi Vida Loca Eyeshadow Palette ($36) has us almost remorseful for the crude things we've said about this tattooed maven in the past. The eight long-lasting eyeshadows are reason enough to apologize, but the mini Wonderchild eyeliner actually has us wishing we were friends with the broad. So to Kat Von D, we're sorry...that you're such a tramp.
