Mascara is a lot like blue jeans. We search and search, glomming onto those that fit us just so. We wonder if mascara manufacturers realize how faithful we'd be if only we discovered the "perfect" mascara. One we're giving a whirl right now is Dior 'Diorshow 360' Mascara ($36). The applicator design mimics a makeup artist's application technique for delivering volume, length and curl. It spins to apply mascara evenly to every little lash and a built-in ring that allows the user to switch the direction of the brush rotation so that it's as easy to get the bottom lashes as it was the top.
