Eyeliner is to our face what icing is to a cake. Without it, the final product just isn't complete. And COVERGIRL Queen Collection Vivid Impact Eyeliner ($8) is like buttercream frosting, sweet and thick. And talk about staying power! We unintentionally went to sleep wearing Gilt and still looked fierce in the morning. It literally didn't budge. Our favorite part about this eyeliner is that smudger; not quite a sponge but more like a rubber eraser from middle school days. It transform the eyeliner into something that behaves more like eyeshadow. More often than not, we wear this liner without shadow on top because it is just so gosh darn pigmented. We don't need to add a cherry on top of this cake because Vivid Impact is the cherry.
