Chanel Soft Touch Eyeshadow
We're not sure if "ultra-fineness" is actually a phrase recognized in the English language, but it's the best phrase for describing what it is about Chanel Soft Touch Eyeshadow ($29) that we like so much. It's so very fine that we can layer it until we get the look we want, easily blend it with other shades, and even use the darker hues along the lash line for a little extra drama.
