It takes us thirty-two seconds flat to whip out our wallets and enter our credit card information when we see a product like the 2012 Limited Edition Avon TRUE COLOR Eyeshadow Quad ($6). It's the combination of the color selection, the reliable brand, the price (hello six dollars!) and the phrase "limited edition" that acts like a giant invitation, telling us that our only chance at happiness this year lies in the square compact these lovely shades come housed in. And we want to be happy...so we bought both palettes for good measure.
