So it may be expensive as hell and it also may be marketed towards professional stylists to use in their salons, but Gloss Moderne Pre-Treatment Shampoo ($170) does just as good as job in our showers at home. It does a fantabulous job of stripping away dirt, grime and excess oil in a "Oh girl, na-uh no she didn't" snap without stripping away the rest of our tresses. We use it before we do an at-home glaze or when we've been especially lax in the hygiene department.
