Byredo M/MINK Eau de Parfum
Never mind about the yacht, Santa Baby. And definitely forget about the sable. What we'd really like to see under that tree is the big bottle ($220) of Byredo's M/MINK. It's weird stuff, to be sure; it opens with the smell of ink and gradually morphs into a dark, rich, incense and patchouli base. (And it comes in a dramatic "ink-spattered" version of Byredo's normal white packaging.) It's not so terribly well-behaved, but then, we're not always well-behaved either.
