It's part of a collection made for Anthropologie by the people of pricey niche fragrance house Le Labo, but what interests us is its immediate effect rather than its pedigree. Somehow this white floral blend conveys a tremendous and tender melancholy, and when you add in the curious vintagey bicycle image on the packaging and the very heavy little jar it comes in, you've got something to smell, stare at, and hold whenever you feel like getting lost in thought.
